By choosing this service we provide you two options:

1. a) Creating a CV in another language (options: German, English, Greek and Romanian)                     
2. b) Translation and revision of an existing CV in a selected language

1. Creating a CV in another language (options: German, English, Greek and Romanian)     

This option means that you do not have a CV and you need one in a foreign language, which will not only meet your personal needs but also the future job market, university, country, etc. Having knowledge of the different requirements and expectations of the European job market and in particular the German job market, we can provide you with a structured foreign language CV based on specific job and/or university requirements. Furthermore, we can undertake the drafting of a foreign language CV for any other use (recognition of studies etc.).

How does it work?

Practically this will be achieved in three steps:

1) Session/Coaching:

The first step is to make an appointment with us, so that you can communicate to us your needs and your plans. For what reason do you need a CV? In which language? For which country/job market? Where would you like to work/study? What have you done so far? What are your hobbies? We inform you about the job market, requirements, studies, prospects and answer any questions you may have about it, while informing you about the next steps.

2) What You should do:

The second step requires you to fill in a questionnaire with your basic personal information that should be included in the CV (Name, contact details, etc.). You will also need to send us via E-Mail all the necessary documents needed to complete the CV (degrees, foreign languages, certificates, etc.).

What We should do:

We start writing your CV right after we have received all the necessary documents and have gathered all the necessary information about you in the session.

3) Receipt of my CV:

When your CV is ready, we will contact you to arrange a final online meeting. At this final meeting you will have the opportunity to view your CV via share-screen, review it and ask any questions you may have. Finally, once the agreed amount has been paid, we will send you the CV in PDF and Docs (Word) format so that you have the possibility in the future to do text editing! 

1. b) Translation and Reformatting of Existing CV in selected language

Choosing this service means that you already have a CV, which you need in one or more additional languages. We can translate and write it in three additional languages besides Greek, English, German, and Romanian, as well as adapt it to your professional or academic requirements. Having knowledge of the different requirements and expectations of the European job market and in particular the German job market, we can provide you with a structured foreign language CV based on specific job and/or university requirements. Furthermore, we can undertake the drafting of a foreign language CV for any other use (recognition of studies etc.).

If all the necessary information is present in your old CV, you do not need to fill in the questionnaire. Also, if you wish to include additional information in the new CV (e.g. an additional degree, master’s degree, seminar, etc.) you should send us the relevant documents by E-mail so that the titles and dates can be correctly attributed. 

What We should do:

Once we have received all the necessary documents and the completed questionnaire – if necessary – we will start to reform your CV.
